Remember your important customers

With each second of your day spoken for, how can you remember to pick up the phone to say hello to top customers?

A clever idea is to create a recurring task (every nine to 12 weeks) to prompt and remind you to call your VIPs.

In Outlook your Task folder is beneath the Sent Items folder. Tasks is not available in Outlook Express. In Lotus Notes it’s called To Do.
